I had assumed that the game boards would be made with the tongue and groove construction of the old slide puzzles. Since the small cubes are all completely enclosed, that would have meant that the game would have no small, loose pieces to lose. That would have made the game nearly perfect in our home. Wrong! The colored squares on the game boards are just placed in there with nothing to hold them. If you turn the game board upside down, they all fall out. And obviously, losing even one square would render the game implayable. That was a huge disappointment. However, the pieces move very smoothly and the game is quite enjoyable to play. Too bad they couldn't have designed it just a bit better.
