  • Quick Shop – fast and easy if you know the items you want to order (Click the Catalog Quick Shop button)
  • Enter in the key code from the pink box on the back of your catalog and all the item numbers
  • If all the items are in your shopping cart, click the Checkout button
  • Sign In if you already have an account with us, or you can continue checking out as a New Customer
  • Complete a series of forms with your billing, shipping and payment information
  • Upon completing these forms, just click Place Order
Order by Phone

To order by phone, please call our order line at 800-999-0398, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our friendly order specialists will make ordering quick and easy. Please have your order information/form and credit card ready to expedite your order process.

Order by Fax

Please use the order form from your catalog or print our Order Form. Please make sure to complete the entire form including your credit card number, expiration date, signature and a daytime phone number. When ready, fax your order toll free to 888-299-9273.

Order by Mail

Please use the order form from your catalog or print our Order Form. Please make sure to complete the entire form, especially your daytime phone number. If paying by credit card, make sure to include your credit card number, expiration date, and signature. If paying by check, make checks payable to MindWare. Checks may be cleared electronically. Most financial institutions post the electronic transactions on your statement and no longer return the check to you. Please mail your order form to:

Order by Purchase Order (Schools and Organizations only)

We accept purchase orders by mail (MindWare, 2100 County Rd C W, Roseville, MN 55113-2501), fax (888-299-9273) and email (purchaseorders@mindware.com). For questions regarding Purchase Orders, please call 1-800-588-1072.

  1. Purchase Orders (PO's) must be formally issued from your school, school disctrict or organization with the following:

    • Billing Address
    • Shipping address
    • PO Number
    • Contact name with phone number or email address
    • Signed with approval from the person or department responsible for payment
    • Item numbers and descriptions of all items requested.

  2. Please include shipping in the order total. Please refer to your catalog or further down on this page for prices.
  3. If you have a key code from the back of your catalog or discount code, please include clearly on the front page of the PO.

We reserve the right to ask for credit references on purchase orders.

International Orders
Canadian and International Orders

Sales Tax

There is no sales tax added to http://www.mindware.com/ orders except orders shipped to Minnesota (6.875% state sales tax plus any applicable city sales tax) or Nebraska (5.5% state sales tax plus any applicable city sales tax).

Order Status and Tracking
Order Status Information

If you provided your email address to us, you will receive an order confirmation by email. In-stock items are normally shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders to a physical address within the continental U.S. ship with FedEx or USPS, are traceable and usually arrive to you within 5-10 business days. Orders are processed during our normal business hours of Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm CST.

You can check the status of your order at any time by following the instructions below in Order Tracking.

If you provided your email address to us, you will receive a shipping confirmation once your order ships.

Order Tracking

Information about your order is available 24 hours after the order is placed. To check the status of your order, please enter your order number and billing address zip code on the Order Tracking page. If you do not know your order number, please call 800-274-6123 or email custserv@mindware.com for assistance.

To track your order or view your order history if you have an account, you can Sign In here. Enter your Email Address and Password under Order History.

Sign in to your account under Order Tracking: Once you are signed in, View Order History will pull up. For detailed order information, click the order number. This page will list the status of your order(s). It shows the order number, date, status, invoice number, and tracking number. If your order is in process, the status will show as Not Yet Shipped. In stock items should ship normally within 1-2 business days from the date you placed your order. If your order has shipped, the status will show Shipped with the date it shipped right after. If your order shipped using FedEx or USPS, a tracking number will appear in the tracking box.

Gift Services
Gift Certificates

Not sure what to get for that special someone?

Gift certificates are winners every time. You can buy a gift certificate to be mailed to that special someone (we will include the latest MindWare catalog for each recipient) or email an electronic gift certificate.

Order as many as you need. Gift certificates are available in amounts of $10, $20, $25, $50, $75 and $100. Please note: Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a refund.

Electronic Gift Certificates
  • Electronic gift certificates are emailed to the email address entered on the Electronic Gift Certificate product detail page in the Send to this Email Address box.
  • Your electronic gift certificate is usually emailed within an hour. We recommend you add MindWare to your approved sender list so that the gift certificate is not delivered to your bulk mail folder.
Standard Gift Certificates

To order a gift certificate to be mailed, please call our order line at 800-999-0398, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Shipping Information

Standard Gift Certificates

  • Normal delivery of Gift Certificates is free and takes 3-5 business days
  • Expedited delivery is charged as follows:

    Priority Mail Add $5.00 2-3 business days
    Next Day Air Add $10.00 1 business day

Orders must be placed by 12:00 noon Central Time to ship that day, and are shipped on business days ONLY (no holidays or weekends).

Electronic Gift Certificates

  • Delivery is free and can take up to 1 business day
  • You need to enter a valid shipping address when ordering an electronic gift certificate
Gift Message

Click on the green Add Gift Message button on the shopping cart page. Enter your gift message in the box and click on the Save button. You can verify the gift message was added to your order on the Order Summary page in the Gift Message section. When you include a gift message with your order, your order is automatically shipped out in a distinctive MindWare box. There is a sticker on the carton that states "A Gift For You".

Continental U.S. Orders

Physical addresses (Non P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses)

  • Standard delivery is via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and normally takes 5-10 business days
  • 3rd Day delivery is via FedEx and takes 3 business days if ordered by 12 noon central time
  • 2nd Day delivery is via FedEx and takes 2 business days if ordered by 12 noon central time
  • Next Day delivery is via FedEx and takes 1 business day if ordered by 12 noon central time

P.O. Box addresses

  • Standard delivery is via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and normally takes 5-10 business days
  • Please Note: Rush delivery is not available to P.O. Box addresses

APO/FPO addresses

  • Standard delivery is via Parcel Post. Our experience has been that these orders are received at the final destination in 4-6 weeks from the ship date.
  • Please Note: Rush delivery is not available to APO/FPO addresses.
U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico Orders

Standard delivery is by Parcel Post and normally takes 10-15 business days.

Please Note: Rush delivery is not available to U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico.

Alaska, Hawaii Orders

In-stock items are normally shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery time, methods and shipping rates are as follows:

Standard delivery is by Parcel Post. Alaska normally takes 14-21 business days and Hawaii normally takes 11-15 business days.
2nd Day delivery takes 2 business days if ordered by 12 noon central time.
Next Day delivery takes 1 business day if ordered by 12 noon central time.
Please Note: 3rd Day delivery is not available to Alaska and Hawaii.

For 2nd Day and Next Day Delivery, we ship FedEx (Rush delivery charges apply). See Rush delivery rates and times below.
